Four years ago.....
I had no idea that I would be where I am today. That meaning...I married the man of my dreams four years ago today. I didn't know that we would have a crazy list of things that have happened in these four short years!
The List: (in no particular order)
-moved 6 times (and another is in our very near future!)
-moved to Virginia and lived there 2 years
-moved back to GA
-got pregnant after being married 6 months to Kinsey the craziest little blonde =)
-got pregnant when Kinsey was 9 months old with Keegan the sweet "chunky monkey"

-and now I am 2 1/2 months away from having our 3rd which will be a boy! (3 kids in 4 years!)
-I have taught in 3 different schools and currently I am not teaching this year (which is strange, but I love it!)
-helped Shea through 3 surgeries- 2 on his eye on one on his knee (ouch!)
-watch God provide for us in miraculous ways over and over!
-we have followed God even when we were not sure of the next day...
-I have seen Shea follow and wait on his dreams...
-laughed a lot
-cried a lot
-made lots of new friends
-been on some crazy adventures!
I know there is so much more to add to this list (and I might come back and add stuff as I think of it- hehe).
Shea- I fall more in love with you everyday! It's crazy to me that it has already been four years, yet so much has happened too! Thank you for loving me and making me the person I am today. You make me laugh more than anyone I know and I love to laugh! Thanks for four great adventurous years- I can't wait to see what God has in store for us for many, many years to come! Happy Anniversary! I love you!
Here are some pictures...because what is a blog with out pictures??? =)
We got crazy taking pictures and I just have to share these with you...I love all of you guys- thanks for being so much fun that day!
This is some recent ones: me and the girls and then our family in February...

Rainy day play dough!
Since it has been raining at lot lately (not complaining..well kind of) we have been doing "projects/things" inside. This one was worth capturing. =) We made play dough that they could eat. Here's the recipe:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 honey
2 cups powdered milk
*I halved the recipe and it made more than enough for the girls.
First mix the PB and honey together and then add 1 cup of powdered milk.
Then gradually add the rest of the milk until the mix is no longer sticky. Your done!
I didn't use all the milk that is called for- it worked well. I didn't want to make it too dry.
Here's our pics:
The girls were not sure what was going to happen, but they were excited!
the ingredients:
Getting ready to break it up:
First thing Keegan did was put it in her mouth...that is why we made it!
See liked it!
Kinsey thought it was so much fun...
Keegan really just ate it the whole time...I played with hers.
I made this for Kinsey...she was concerned that Keegan was going to eat her "name".

In case you were wondering...
Here are some "times" of us:
As of Friday I will be 23 weeks preggo! Wow...that means I have as little as 13 weeks left or as much as 17. That is weird to think of...and we are not ready at all. Not sure where we will be living and I don't have anything ready for "him" except a swing and pack-n-play (which he will be in for a while after he is born)...so I guess we are doing "ok" in the planning department. (yeah right!) I know it will all come together and I try not to think about it too much. The name thing is hard....we have one, I am just not sold on it yet.
Keegan is 14 months old as of yesterday..still with 2 teeth. We went to the dentist on Monday and they think she might get 4 on top all at once very soon. I hope so...then she can eat everything! =) Her diapers have been "hinting" that she is "teething" (the one this morning even got to me and I puked- good thing I had an semi-empty stomach!). She is starting to try to say things and has the cutest expressions!
Kinsey is 2 years and 8 months old...getting close to 3...wow! She is starting to get very jealous of her little sister (just wait til the boy comes) and has been pretty whiny lately. I hope this stage passes quickly! She also has issues with #2...either it is stuck or comes out too much...she tells me her "booty hurts" all the time. I have no idea what to do about this..any help?
Shea just turned 30 last month...Praise the Lord...now I don't have to hear him tell that I am an "old lady" for 4 months. Then it will all start over. Yes, I am older than him! He is working so hard these days for Reveal- when he has the time because his Walgreeen DC job is taking a lot of his time. We are thankful for the Walgreens job, just hope one day we can be where he can work for the church full time. I know he probably will work the same hours as he does now...I just hope he won't be so overworked and feel like he can't get ahead or even caught up on things. He does such a great job...thanks Hubby!
I am very "sorry" to use so many "quotes" in this post...I guess I was in a "quote" mood...ok , I will stop now.
Shea and I are getting to go to Unleash next Wednesday..I am so excited! Mi-Mi and Pa-Pa are watching the girls...thanks! We also hope to get a chance to rest on Friday and Saturday....it is much needed!

Sharing a room with a sibling...
I want the girls to start sharing a room soon since we have a little boy on the way (yay!). One is 2 1/2 (sleeps in toddler bed) and the other is 14 months (still in crib). Kinsey (2) talks/plays/sings before she goes to bed and Keegan (1) goes to sleep right away. I am concerned if I put them together...they will end up playing instead of sleeping and when one wakes up in night or morning they will wake each other up. I don't let Kinsey out of her room until I get her so she doesn't get up at night...she will just play and go back to sleep. So actually here is the question: If you had kids that shared a room...when did you do it (how old were they)? How did you handle them waking each other up? Any suggestions/advice?? Thanks!!

And the verdict is.....
A BOY!
We are so excited...and yet shocked at the same time. The lady doing the ultra-sound started out doing her normal routine of an ultra-sound while Shea and I talked about our predictions which we both said another girl (just to be safe). She got curious and went straight to find out and announced...it's a boy. My response was "IT IS?!?". I was a little overwhelmed with the news...I really didn't believe it. I am excited and worried about raising a boy...I know I will learn real quick. =) I can say this now because it is a boy, but I had a feeling that it was a boy, but I was not 100% sure because we have two precious girls. I don't know what we are going to do with a boy... our house/toys is going to need a boy makeover. Shea is already planning all the Duke decor and I am trying to "hold" him back. hehe To answer the next question...we don't have a definite name yet, but we are working on it. Names are so hard...especially for two people to agree on. So...here begins our journey of baby fergy boy. I am sure there will be lots of news to blog about. =) (In honor of boys...this blog was written in blue...Duke blue...)
